"I had known about The Fit Green since 2014 when one of my friends had told me about it. I half signed up but never actually made it! I have always known about the importance of keeping fit and played sports and generally ate well but I was never consistent.
"In 2016, three months after having a baby I spoke to a friend (who is FIT!) who was member at a gym Iwas thinking of joining. I asked if she still went, and she said 'nope! I do bootcamp now'. Initially I wasn't convinced that flipping a few tyres on the grass got her in such amazing shape!!

“I tried lots of different things and they were unsustainable. I was at desperation point.” Now she’s got more energy for the kids and it’s improved the health of the whole family. The support of The Hot Body Project kept her going.

"I spent my 20s in a cycle of worrying about my weight, either trying to lose it, or worried that I would put it back on. One worry I harboured long before I had children was what would happen to my body once I had a baby. I had always assumed that the cycle would get worse, and that the weight would be harder to lose, or that I wouldn't have the time or inclination.
"I turned 40 in 2016, and am the mother of four young children aged 8, 7, 4 and 2. Despite both of these facts, I can honestly say that I have never felt so happy and confident with my body as I do now. This is due to a combination of going to The Fit Green and following The Hot Body Project.

“I don’t like exercise” said Nina. She shared a common concern with many others, “I was worried about being very very unfit.” She loves coming to The Fit Green and misses it when she can’t make it.

"So I was a veteran of the slimming club, new fad diet, giving up after 2 days diet, gym memberships that cost me a lot of money but I never went, and looking back in denial about how I really felt......which was quite a bit crap most of the time and really really overweight and after Christmas 2015 as I was puffing up the stairs at work....it dawned on me that at 43 I really shouldn't be feeling this way. But this way had kind of become normal and I had my 'I don't care' armour on for the world to see……

Last year Jana lit a fire under my ass. She was (and still is) an incredible source of motivation for everyone on Hot 365. She's not alone. I coach more than 250 women either online or face-to-face and many are effected either directly or indirectly by cancer. I'm very proud to have set up a community which gave her structure and support during this time.

"I started the Hot Body Project online in January 2015, and saw some good steady results immediately and by May was feeling healthy and stronger than I had in years.
"I remember walking down the high street thinking “I feel good”, ironically only two months later after a routine mammogram I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

In January 2017 I hosted a free fat loss talk. I told the room full of busy men and women some of my strategies I use for fast and sustainable results in health and fitness. I had a brilliant response from everyone who attended and from the talk Alison and Ann came and gave The Fit Green a go. Starting with a free 7 day trial they never looked back…

"Before The Hot Body Project I was a regular runner but didn't feel as fit or healthy as I would like.
"I thought I ate reasonably well but knew there was room for improvement as I felt bloated and was over weight. I did my first round on The Hot Body Project 18 months ago and initially my goal was just to lose weight.

Michelle, Dani and Sarah were all regular exercisers before they started at The Fit Green. Leaving the comfort of the gym was big step for each of them - but they wanted more from their fitness and that’s what they’ve got. It’s been 18 months. And they’re still at it. The results speak for themselves.

"With a demanding job, unpredictable hours and 3 kids I wasn't really pushing myself to get fitter, just doing what I could. I was bored.
"We weren't local having moved here from Scotland and working away in odd places and odd hours meant I had a limited social circle in the area.
"I had a fairly healthy diet and wasn't particularly seeking to lose weight, just to do something different that would push me and get my "spark" back.

Due the the nature of The Hot Body Project (it's an online plan and so we have participants all over the world) I rarely get to meet the people on the plan. This doesn't stop you getting to know someone and becoming friends. Earlier this year at the end of the Urban Tri I was delighted to meet Louise. She'd taken the time to travel and join us because she wanted to meet us. By her own admission she's not the most vocal on the forum, but the impact it's had on her life has been massive.

"I am a 50 + year old working mum with a busy lifestyle. I am not a fitness freak, never have been, I actually don`t even enjoy exercising even though I can feel and see the benefit of doing it! Anyway Steve's approach is fantastic for me as the workouts are not too long and can be done anytime anywhere to fit in with whats going on.

It’s normal to feel apprehensive before you start The Hot Body Project. With young children and a new baby Anna was sure how she’s cope. It was different for Kirsteen, she’d had a mid-life awakening. Both have got brilliant results and have sustained it with Hot 365.

"A friend raved about Steve Keywood on Facebook shortly after I gave birth to my first child in 2012 and I was trying to budge the remainder of the "baby weight".
"I (somewhat sceptically) joined his 21 day plan and haven't looked back. It's a lifestyle not a diet. I have increasingly taken more from each programme to today where I am hooked on strength training and understand what I should be eating to maintain my weight.

Elaine lost 10lbs in 21 days on The Hot Body Project and has kept it going. Her body shape has changed and she's the fittest she's ever been. But she deals with the all important questions: Will her family eat the meals on The Hot Body Project? Can you drink alcohol and still be fit? Do you need to deprive yourself?

Katie has been on The Hot Body Project for 2 years now. One of the things she likes about the plan is the flexibility. In this time she’s tried a few different things. She’s joined a gym. She’s tried running. But with the support of The Hot Body Project behind her she’s had expert advice, the community support and a principle-driven framework to make positive fitness decisions.
Katie Bracknell, Berkshire
Lee-Anne was hesitant because she had a history of back pain. We were able to make small adjustments to the workouts to build her fitness and confidence. The feedback she got from her osteopath after joining The Fit Green has been great.

The combination of healthy eating and exercise made all the difference to Anna. She likes a bit of variety and with a structured approach to fitness she’s been able to complete a half marathon, take on regular pilates classes and sessions at The Fit Green under the guidance of a personal trainer. In her words, “it’s a way of life.”
Anna Hook Heath, Woking
The combination of personal training, The Fit Green and The Hot Body Project have allowed Rosie to find what she really loves - strength training. She’s adopted the healthy habits from The Hot Body Project which allows her to perform at her best and get results.

Teresa felt fitness used to be about being slim - now it couldn’t be further from the truth. She’s not set out to gain weight, but she feels more comfortable in her own skin. She understands the difference now between weight loss and fat loss and doesn’t let the scales dictate how she feels.
Teresa Hook Heath, Woking
It's normal to feel a little nervous before you trial The Fit Green. But listen to what the Goldsworth School mums had to say about their experience.
You’ll notice a theme from many of these testimonials - I’m a big fan of community support, I don’t like boring or bland food and I like to challenging my clients. This is demonstrated twice a year with our Urban Tri. It’s the perfect way to bring my clients together. By doing this we raise money for good causes too.
