FAQ

Questions we hear all the time

Everyone starts somewhere. We mix beginners, intermediate and advanced in the same session and scale the work so you're challenged but never out of your depth.
Each session is 45 minutes. With six sessions a week (mornings and evenings), you can pick the slots that work. Build it into your routine and the results follow.
Unlikely — and it doesn't matter. What unites the group is a positive attitude. We ask you to do the best you can do. That's enough.
If you've had the all-clear from your doctor, you're welcome to try. We've seen improvements in knee and back pain from regular sessions — the mix of movement often helps. Come and see.
Most of our members are between 30 and 60. You're more than welcome to give it a go. It's a friendly, supportive group.
The Fit Green has six sessions a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 9:15am; Monday and Wednesday evening at 6:15pm; and Saturday morning at 8:45am. Each session is 45 minutes.
No pressure. If you want to carry on, we have a one-session-a-week option at £35/month or unlimited at £67/month. Your choice.
