ABOUT STEVE...

In a somewhat bold and self-indulgent way I felt it necessary to write a brief bio. Apologies if you were hoping for a shirtless snap at this point, it’s not my style. I'm not exactly your architypical PT. However here is a pic with Jan and Josh - Jan is my assistant and Josh runs my evening fitness camps - it's a team effort. 

I guess the point I need you to know is… we know how tricky it is trying to stay in shape with a young family, busy job and hobbies. I’ve been a personal trainer for 14 years. And, between us we've helped tons of people get in shape.
